Common questions

Is the trial really free, and do I need a credit card?
Yes — the 7-day trial is genuinely free and we don't ask for a card at signup. You only enter payment details if you decide to keep using DealQuanta after the trial.
Can I cancel anytime?
Anytime, in one click from your account. There's no contract and no cancellation fee. You keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for.
What if I only analyze a few deals a year?
The free rental calculator is always free with no signup for quick one-off numbers. The annual plan works out to $71/month, so one deal you avoid — or one deal you win — pays for years of the subscription. Many investors subscribe for the months they're actively shopping and cancel in between.
How is DealQuanta different from cheaper tools?
Cheaper analyzers are great personal calculators — if that's the whole job, use one. DealQuanta is priced as a professional deliverable: a transparent A–F score your client can audit, a 10-year pro forma with IRR, sensitivity analysis, a max-offer solver, and branded reports and share links built to be put in front of an investor client or lender. One won client — or one avoided bad deal — covers the yearly difference many times over. Read our honest comparison vs DealCheck →
Is my data private?
Yes. Your saved deals are tied to your account and are never shared or sold. Deals are private by default — a deal is only viewable by others if you explicitly generate a read-only share link for it, and you can revoke that link anytime. You can also export everything (JSON or CSV) or delete your account yourself from the account page. Read our plain-language security & data page →
Does DealQuanta give financial or investment advice?
No. DealQuanta is a software analysis tool. It computes the numbers — cap rate, cash-on-cash, NOI, DSCR, IRR and pro forma projections — from the inputs you provide. It does not give financial, investment, legal or tax advice. The scoring methodology is public, so you can see exactly how every number is derived. Read the scoring methodology →
What happens to my saved deals if I cancel?
Your deals stay safely stored on your account, and you can still download your data (JSON or CSV) at any time. While your subscription is inactive you can't edit or compare deals, but nothing is deleted — resubscribe at any time and everything is exactly where you left it. Start your free 7-day trial →
Who charges my card, and is it secure?
Billing is handled by Polar, our Merchant of Record. They securely process the payment and any applicable sales tax/VAT and appear on your statement — we never see or store your full card details.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, email support@dealquanta.com within 14 days of a charge for a full refund. Accidental or duplicate charges are always refunded. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
