Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want DealQuanta to be an easy yes. This policy explains the free trial, how billing works, how to cancel, and when you can get a refund.

7-day free trial. New accounts include a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to start it, and you are not charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are never billed.

Billing. After the trial, DealQuanta Pro is $89/month, or $71/month when billed annually. Subscriptions are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our Merchant of Record and appears on your statement. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

Cancel anytime. You can cancel in one click from your account (or via the billing portal link in your receipt). There is no contract and no cancellation fee. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. Your saved deals are retained on your account so everything is where you left it if you resubscribe.

14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, email us at support@dealquanta.com within 14 days of a charge and we will refund that payment in full — no hassle. For annual plans, we are happy to consider a pro-rated refund of the unused portion beyond 14 days on request.

Accidental or duplicate charges are always refunded in full — just let us know.

How to request a refund. Email support@dealquanta.com from the address on your account (or include your account email). Refunds are issued to your original payment method by Lemon Squeezy, typically within 5–10 business days. You may also contact Lemon Squeezy directly through the receipt they email you.
